We hope you love your purchases! However, if you need to make a return or exchange, we are here to help.

We would be happy to offer exchanges or refund in store credit for the following conditions:
  • Defective or faulty item
  • Incorrect item received
  • Size exchanges

Making an exchange or refund

  • Send us an email with your request at support@5goingon10.com within 5 working days of receiving your purchase.
  • Please use the subject Item Return: (Order Number #xxxx) and include the following details:
    1. Full name
    2. Item to be returned
    3. Reason for returning the item
    4. For defective or incorrect items, please attach a picture of the defect or the incorrect item
  • You will receive a return authorisation email with instructions on what to do next along with our return address.

Exchange/ refund policies

  • Please note that we do not offer cash refunds
  • All returned items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, unworn and smoke-free conditions with labels intact and in its original packaging
  • We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or a refund in store credit should a returned item not meet these requirements or if the item had been damaged by the recipient
  • Sale items are not eligible for size exchanges
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will strive to replace with the exact same item/ correct item where possible. If the item is no longer available, a refund in store credit will be issued. Return mailings will be borne by 5 going on 10
  • For exchange of wrong sizes chosen by customer, we will strive to replace with the same item in desired size where possible. If the item is no longer available, a refund in store credit will be issued. Return mailings are to be borne by the customer
  • Please consider Registered Mail for your return package as 5 going on 10 is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information
